1. Platform Usage & 2. Customer Responsibility

Using this platform presupposes full acceptance of these terms. Customers must verify contact information before completing purchases and review individual event details.

• Email Delivery: Transactional communications are sent via email. Ensure your mail server accepts messages from our domain.
• Account Security: Your email serves as your username. You are responsible for safeguarding password credentials. Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected].

Bilet BG Ltd. complies with GDPR and national data protection regulations.

While we make every effort to ensure price accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices without prior notice. Pass ownership transfers upon payment confirmation.

5. Consumer Rights & Cancellation Policy

⚖️ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Pursuant to Article 57, Item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts DOES NOT APPLY to leisure, ticketing, and event services. Consequently, tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of official event cancellation or postponement.

6. Order Processing & Name Changes

• Automated email confirmations are sent upon online order placement. Courier cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed via phone.
• Ticket Name Policy: The printed name certifies the purchaser for payment verification and does NOT need to match the attendee.
• Name Transfer Fee: Re-issuing a ticket under a new name is available up to 72 hours prior to the event upon emailing [email protected]. An administrative fee of **BGN 2** may apply.

7. Payment Methods

• vPOS (BORICA, DSK Bank): Visa, Mastercard secured via MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
• Stripe & PayPal: Subject to respective platform policies.
• Cash on Delivery (Speedy Courier): Payable upon delivery. Unclaimed packages return automatically after 5 business days.
• Bank Transfer: Passes issued upon payment arrival (up to 3 business days). Unpaid orders auto-cancel after 5 days.
• EasyPay Desk / ATM: E-tickets dispatched immediately upon payment completion.

8. Refund Policy & 9. Event Liability

Refunds are issued ONLY upon official event cancellation or postponement under organizer instructions. Only face-value ticket costs are refundable (service, administrative, processing, and delivery fees are non-refundable). Processing may take up to 14 business days.

10–23. Misuse, Complaints & Force Majeure

• Misuse: Automated purchasing bots and unauthorized ticket scalping are strictly prohibited.
• Complaints: Submit to [email protected]. Resolution response time: up to 5 business days.
• Force Majeure: Bilet BG Ltd. is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by natural disasters, civil unrest, or organizer failure.
• Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Data Controller vs. Data Processor Roles

Registration details (name, phone, email) are transmitted securely using SSL encryption.

• Data Controller: Bilet BG acts as Data Controller for order execution details (Name, Phone, Email, Delivery Address).
• Data Processor: For specific events requiring personal registration, Bilet BG acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Event Organizer (the Data Controller).

Third-Party Sharing & Payment Security

Delivery details are shared with logistics partners (Speedy AD) strictly for order fulfillment purposes.

💳 Payment Card Security: Credit/debit card credentials are submitted directly into secure banking gateways. Bilet BG Ltd. NEVER collects, processes, or stores credit card numbers!
