1. The use of this website and all the services it offers predefines that you have accepted these Terms of Use.
2. Customer Information
1. You should always verify that the contact information you provide is accurate before creating a user profile or proceeding with payment.
2. You must read the entire event description in case there are conditions not mentioned in this document.
3. Make sure that your email address can receive emails from our domain since all transaction messages and confirmations are sent via email. We cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful delivery of messages sent to the email address or mobile phone you provided, for example, if our messages are blocked by your ISP's spam filter or if you have provided incorrect contact information.
4. You are responsible for your username and password necessary to access your profile. Your username is your email address. Ensure that you keep your username and password secure and that the information required to access your user profile is not provided to third parties.
5. As a customer, you are responsible for your user profile and the actions taken within it. If you feel or suspect that your username and password, or other data, have become known to a third party, you must inform us immediately via email at [email protected].
3. Personal Data Protection Bilet.bg LLC takes your personal data seriously. We adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act of 2002. For more information, see our data protection policy.
4. Determining the Product Price and Name Bilet.bg LLC sells tickets for events on behalf of and for the account of the organizers, and therefore:
1. We have made every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. However, if an error is found in the price, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contract, or contact you to arrange payment of the additional amount, or refund the overpayment you made (as applicable). Order processing may be canceled at any time before the event doors open.
2. We reserve the right to change ticket prices without notice.
3. Ownership rights to any product ordered from us do not transfer to you, the buyer, until we receive and process a valid payment, and that payment is reflected in our bank.
5. Your Order
1. When you place an online order, you will automatically receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. In the case of an order with a courier and cash-on-delivery payment, confirmation is done by a phone call from our operator. Your order represents an offer sent to us to purchase the tickets mentioned in this offer.
2. Your offer will be accepted by us only if we have sent you a confirmation by email, if you have paid online, or if we have contacted you by phone. We are not responsible if you have provided incorrect contact information, and we were unable to confirm your order. In such a case, your tickets will not be sent.
3. Items not included in the sent email are not part of the order and contract between you and us.
4. We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders when the transaction contains incomplete data or data that cannot be confirmed or where fraud is suspected.
5. If we are unable to establish these data logically or resolve these issues, the full amount will be refunded to the card used during the purchase. Refunds are not made in any other way, nor is the amount transferred to third-party cards or accounts.
6. When tickets are available by mail (or courier) or as an option chosen by you, Bilet.bg LLC sends the tickets by first-class mail/courier. Please note that Bilet.bg LLC cannot be held responsible for undelivered tickets in any way by mail and does not guarantee the replacement of undelivered tickets.
6. Rights in Case of Event Cancellation and Refunds Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is canceled or postponed. In case the event is postponed, the organizer...

may decide to refund the purchased tickets. Please also read our Purchase Terms.

10. Updating Pass Information

The name on the pass MUST not match the name of the attendee; it certifies the name of the person who purchased the pass and is used for identification in credit card purchases. If you wish to change the name on the pass, we can do so within 72 hours of a request to [email protected], and an administrative fee of 2 BGN may be charged for this service.

Events Beyond Our Control

Bilet dot Bg LLC will not be responsible for delays or non-performance of any commitments from the Terms of Use if the delay or non-performance is caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or professional disputes, as well as the inability of the organizer to hold the event.

Permission

Bilet dot Bg LLC grants you permission to access the content, information, and services placed on our website for personal use only.

This permission allows you to download and store (using your browser) individual pages from our website.

The permission does not allow you to download and modify individual pages or significant parts of our website or make our website accessible over the internet when our website or a significant part of it is hosted locally on the internet.

The design, layout, content, or text from our website may not be copied, edited, or manipulated in any other way without our explicit prior written permission.

Our website may not be placed within the frame of another website.

Payments through vPOS

14.1 Payments through a POS Terminal of BANK DSK or BORIKA

Payment with a debit/credit card through V-pos.

Types of cards accepted: debit, credit, and business cards Visa and Mastercard.

Transactions are made using the security programs MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.

From a security perspective, the maximum amount for card payment is 2000 BGN.

We do not store data on the bank cards used for payment through the website.

If a refund is required for an amount paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the card used for payment.

14.2 Payments through Stripe and Paypal

Payments are made in accordance with the rules and conditions of the respective platform.

14.3 Payments by Courier

You pay directly to the courier who will deliver your passes.

Payment is made in cash directly to the courier; you will find cash receipts both for the passes and the cost of your delivery in the package with your passes.

Depending on the availability of a POS terminal, you may have the option to pay by card.

You will be able to view your tickets in your profile and download them again if necessary.

14.4 Bank Transfer Payments

After making a payment according to the instructions in the received order confirmation, we will verify the receipt, and once the payment is confirmed as successful, you will receive an email containing your tickets as an attached file.

For specific events, it is possible to pay directly to the organizer's account, and this will be explicitly mentioned in the email instructions for your payment.

 

14. Copyright and Ownership
15. Bilet dot Bg LLC holds the copyright for all content, databases, graphics, buttons, icons, logos, layouts, and the overall appearance, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
16. Scanning the data, downloading, or using information, or articles listed in section 10.1, is not allowed without our explicit prior written permission.
17. Limitation of Liability & Foreseeable Losses within the Norm
18. Bilet dot Bg LLC will be liable for any losses suffered by you due to a breach of the Terms of Use on our part, where such losses were foreseeable within the scope of normalcy at the time of the contract between you and us.
19. All consequential, indirect, or consequential losses unforeseeable within the scope of normalcy at the time of the contract between us and you are excluded.
20. Bilet dot Bg LLC disclaims liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or a breach of our obligations by our officers, agents, or employees, or in the use of services provided by us.
21. Entirety of the Agreement The preceding paragraphs, clauses, and points of the Terms of Use must be read and interpreted independently of each other. If any part of this agreement or its paragraphs, clauses, or points is deemed invalid, this will not affect the remaining paragraphs, clauses, or points.
22. Waiver The inability of Bilet dot Bg LLC to exercise its rights arising from these Terms of Use should not be taken or interpreted as a waiver of those rights, unless it is given in writing.
23. General Conditions These Terms of Use define the entire agreement and agreement between you and Bilet dot Bg LLC. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notifying you.
24. Jurisdiction These Terms of Use should be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with Bulgarian law and should be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian court. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

In cases where additional data is required for participation in or attendance at an event, BILET DOT BG primarily acts as a data processor, and the event organizers act as data controllers. Event organizers, as data controllers, determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, and this will be explicitly disclosed on our website, as well as on the website of the respective organizer. Specifically, BILET DOT BG users decide whether to share the required information with BILET DOT BG for the purpose of participating in an event so that BILET DOT BG can provide this information to the event organizer, ensuring smooth participation/attendance at the event. As a data processor, BILET DOT BG processes personal data on behalf of the user of BILET DOT BG who purchases an electronic ticket for a specific event.

Orders If you purchase a ticket or any other service and choose the "Cash on Delivery (SPEEDY)" payment method, you must fill in the required information in the order form, including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, which you provide to BILET DOT BG and SPEEDY AD. This information is necessary for processing the payment and delivery. By selecting any other payment method that excludes SPEEDY courier delivery, you will be redirected to the respective website (PayPay, card payment, EasyPay, etc.), and the responsibility for the security and confidentiality of the information you provide is borne by the respective parties.

If we encounter difficulties in fulfilling a specific order, the information provided in the form is used to contact you.

Surveys and Contests We may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys, questionnaires, and contests on our website. In such cases, we require specific information from you. Participation in such surveys and contests is entirely voluntary, so the choice of whether to provide this type of information is entirely yours.
