Gender Relations: How to Understand the Other Gender Better

 

The workshop combines:

 

Practical exercises and role-playing situations

 

Evolutionary psychology and experimental findings about human behavior

 

Focus on real communication between men and women

 

Men and women are not complex, but they often use different strategies. When we begin to see these differences more clearly, many misunderstandings cease to seem so mysterious.

 

We will explore why we so often disagree in communication, even though we want the same things: closeness, understanding and connection.

 

We will understand what are the most common communication mistakes and how we can replace them with more working approaches.

 

All this through games, discussions, experiments and real-life situations.

You will leave with concrete ideas that you can try out the same day - whether you are just getting to know someone or are in a long-term relationship.

What really happens between men and women?

 

We will examine four basic principles that lie behind attraction, partner choice and everyday communication:

 

Different priorities and signals in attraction

 

Different ways of communication and interpretation

 

Different strategies for initiative, closeness and trust

 

Different reactions to uncertainty, rejection and conflict

 

We will see how these principles manifest themselves in real situations through role-playing and short psychological experiments.

 

What attracts you?

 

Part of the meeting is dedicated to a more personal exploration.

 

We will work with a self-knowledge exercise that will help you better understand what you are looking for in the opposite sex, what qualities attract you and what lies behind these preferences.

 

Often, what we say we want and what we are actually looking for are not the same.

In addition to understanding, you will also leave with a specific direction for action:

 

How to communicate your desires and intentions more clearly

 

How to read the other person's signals more accurately

 

How to create more trust, attraction and ease in communication

 

You will also receive ideas for small social experiments through which you can test what you have learned in real life and discover which approaches work best for you.
