Valley of the Sun Live in Sofia

Well known to the Bulgarian audience, Valley of the Sun from Cincinnati are a group of heavy artillery of stoner rock, with a thunderous groove, incredible rock energy and a cult of riffs that blur to the limit, reaching indescribable depths in the listening experience. They arrive in Sofia on 03/11/2025 with a new album to remind us that they have established themselves as a powerful force between hard rock and stoner rock, writing consistently massive and catchy riffs that float under the powerful vocals of Ryan Ferrier.

 

Valley of the Sun has always flourished as a group with a certain element of the sandy desert pouring through the amplifiers, with multi-layered vocals, catchy instrumentation that will have you humming their songs long after the concert is over. A new album and a new beginning, which is not so different, as song after song the band searches for their dirty roots, weaving inspiration from world religions and cultures, but wrapping them back in their familiar sound and aesthetic, with slight reminders of Audioslave and Brant Bjork, reminding us of the catchy hard rock tracks of Clutch and Truckfighters, without becoming boring or repetitive.
