"Jazz Candlelight Concert" with Bobi Valchev at the Ancient Theater in Plovdiv.

 

The iconic Ancient Theater in Plovdiv is preparing to welcome one of the most romantic and moving musical events of the fall. On October 3, at 7:00 PM, the open-air space will become a stage for a "Jazz Candlelight Concert" with Bobi Valchev and his band.

 

The performance is part of his author's project "The Light of Music", and the program has been prepared especially for the concert at the Ancient Theater and includes beloved jazz standards and world hits, but presented in completely new, modern arrangements. The audience in Plovdiv will also hear the musician's latest original music.

 

Together with Bobi Valchev, some of the best Bulgarian jazz musicians will take the stage - Dimitar Lyolev (saxophone), Todor Bakardzhiev (trumpet), Kiril Zafirov (trombone), Nikolay Popgeorgiev (guitar), Alexander Lekov (bass) and Nacho Gospodinov (drums). A special guest of the evening will be violinist Galina Wilcox, whose virtuosity will add even more color and emotion to the musical journey.
