We invite you to a first-of-its-kind experience, in which we will combine contemporary psychology with scenes from classic Bulgarian cinema and an interactive live discussion. What are the new-old roles of men and women today, what are the major challenges facing relationships and how to find a way to each other: between connection and freedom, strength and vulnerability, tradition and change.

 

An evening dedicated to psychology, art and frank human conversation on the always topical topics:

⚤ What does mature masculinity and mature femininity mean today?

 

⚤ What models of behavior and communication have we inherited and how do we apply them in the modern context?

In times of unlimited digital connectivity, it is increasingly difficult for us to achieve the depth of emotional closeness between us. We communicate constantly and everywhere, but we rarely manage to truly connect. We share through screens, filter our experiences, edit images, words, reality – at the expense of the living human space in which we meet face to face, soul to soul.

 

We invite you to an authentic meeting – with ourselves, with the other, with the masculine and feminine in us. Through psychology, art and frank dialogue we will explore how male and female roles change, what unconscious patterns determine our behavior and how we can build more mature, conscious and fulfilling relationships.

 

Ivo Velichkov

 

Psychotherapist, author, lecturer

 

Psychotherapist with more than 25 years of experience in the field, author of “Hypnosis: Essence and Techniques”, repeatedly published in our country and abroad, as well as the collection of short stories “Wolf Wine”.

 

He is the Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Hypnosis, founded in 1999. Honorary member of the European Association of Applied Psychology. He graduated from philosophy at Sofia University, psychology at New Bulgarian University and clinical hypnosis at the London College of Clinical Hypnosis, London.

 

His long-standing interests in martial arts, trance and meditative practices and various self-improvement systems have taken him to numerous schools around the world – from Far Eastern esoteric societies, through Western universities to army special forces units.

 

He teaches clinical hypnosis to psychologists and medical professionals, and also leads seminars for a wide audience in the field of working with the body and consciousness.

 

Eli Alexandrova

 

Author and host of CONSCIOUSNESS AND MEANING: podcast and events for the soul

 

PhD in Public Communications and Information Sciences, consciously dedicated to her cause of creating valuable content and a community through which topics about the truly meaningful things in life can reach a wider audience. She graduated from Sofia University in public relations and rhetoric, and has various specializations in the fields of psychology and communications.
