We are extremely honored that Yuan Tze, a world-renowned teacher and author, is offering a workshop in Bulgaria for the first time. This 2-day workshop is suitable for anyone seeking a clear and bright path leading to good health, true happiness, and growth. Yuan Tze will shed light on how to achieve these goals, as well as how to overcome obstacles along the way.

This workshop will be a heart-centered adventure. Yuan Tze will convey his teachings from his heart to yours. The powerful connection and learning experience can help you reach a deep place within. Immersed in the nourishing Qifield built by Yuan Tze, you will be guided to open your heart and explore your life in a most authentic way. You will experience the wonderment of your heart and its immense power to motivate you and activate real change in your life.

Basic Yuan Gong methods will be taught that you can use to bring immediate improvement to your health and well-being.

​LEARN FROM YUAN TZE

We warmly invite you to join the renowned teacher and healer, Yuan Tze, in his first workshop held in our ancient city of Sofia, Bulgaria. Each day you will learn about life cultivation during two lectures, as well as receive a group Qi harmonization session.

Lectures are given in Chinese and translated live to English by Melissa Liu. Translations into Bulgarian will also be available.​​​​

 

 

LEARN AND PRACTICE YUAN GONG

If you are new to Yuan Gong, local qualified Ren Xue teachers will teach the first method of Yuan Tze's Qigong system - Tian Yuan. You'll also receive an instructional video recording of this method to help you with your practice after the end of the workshop. Online classes and individual sessions will be made available to you too.  

If you already know these methods, a shared practice will be offered.

9:30 - 12:00 - Lecture with Yuan Tze 

12:00 - 1:30 - Lunch

1:30 - 3:00 - Teaching and practicing of the first method of Yuan Qigong, Tian Yuan, by qualified Ren Xue teachers

3:00 - 3:40 -  Afternoon Tea

3:40 - 5:40 - Lecture; Yuan Tze building the Qifield to work on Qi

On Sunday, an optional morning practice of Tian Yuan will be offered 7:45 - 8:45 am 

 

 

REGISTRATION FEES & FORM

To carry out its activities, Ren Xue Bulgaria relies exclusively on donations. We don’t have a sponsor for our events yet, so your personal contribution is important to us. Our approximate cost per person for this event is around BGN300, and accordingly, the recommended amount for your donation is:​

    anything between BGN250 and BGN400.​

​Please note lunch is not included (tea, coffee and snacks will be provided both days in the afternoon break). 

 

 

FOOD

Please note lunch will not be provided.

You can bring your own lunch or take advantage of the nearby cafés and restaurants.

Tea, coffee and snacks will be offered during the afternoon break.

 

 

WHAT TO BRING

As we sit on chairs during Yuan Tze’s lecture and practice just standing, no yoga mats are required.

Please, wear loose and comfortable clothing; ideally shoes with flat soles/no heels (no need to take shoes off in the assembly hall).

Bring a water bottle or thermos if you wish.

 

 

GUIDED WALKING TOUR

We are pleased to offer a 1.5-2 hour guided walking tour in the city center just for our 'Qigongers' from all over the world and people from other parts of Bulgaria. It will be organized on 16 May, around 5 pm and it will be led by one of the Bulgarian Ren Xue organization team members. This will be a good opportunity to learn more about the city, meet some of the participants, and connect with the Qifield of the event in advance :). If you are interested in participating, please indicate this in your registration form.

The Ren Xue system with the theories and methods of Yuan Qigong provides help for many people around the world to improve their health and quality of life.

Ren Xue Bulgaria is one of the youngest members of Ren Xue Europe established four years ago. There are two Ren Xue centers now: in the capital city of Sofia (main center) and the town of Bratzigovo. This small town is located on the outskirts of mountain Rhodopa in the southern part of the country. The mountain is famous as a site of the teachings of Orpheus, one of the ancient life cultivation teachers who lived in Bulgarian territory thousands of years ago. This Ren Xue workshop is also an opportunity to explore a rich of historical information Qifield of the lands of Bulgaria for those of you who are interested.
