Our new monthly tradition - Saturday Ritual continues in December with a very special edition ✨
On the 31st of December we are taking over the Kitchen59 Rooftop to celebrate 2022 together!
Betting on the best combo again - delicious food and quality music.
We gather around the table in Talents restaurant at 8pm for a 5 course gourmet dinner prepared by HRC Culinary Academy.
After dinner we rise up above the city light and move to Kitchen59’s rooftop bar, where we will welcome 2022 with our favorite disco vibe by Ihou, we will go through the funk-jazz selection of Factuaw, and witness the first sunrise of the new year with our boys from The Foreigners.

Foisgras bonbon, rhubarb vinaigrette, pistachios, kale chips, sorel leaves.
▌Cold Starter
Purple salmon gravlax, homemade smoked cheese, beetroot pickles ,beetroot mousse, glazed beets with balsamic, dill oil.
▌Hot Starter
Slow cooked turkey, leeks confit, truffle sauce, forest berry dressing, garlic and herb crumble.
▌Main
Pork belly with bacon popcorns, purple potatoes, porcini duxelle, asparagus, miso sauce with lemon grass.
▌Dessert
Champagne foam, red currant gel, white chocolate ice-cream, red currant cremeux, white chocolate mousse, snow.
