Terms and Conditions for Using the Ticket Sales Website Bilet BG OOD

1. Website Usage

Using this website and all the services it offers implies that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Customer Information

You must always verify that the contact information you provide is accurate before creating a user account or proceeding to payment.
You must read the full description of the event in case there are conditions not mentioned in this document.
You must ensure that your email address can receive emails from our domain, as all transaction-related messages and confirmations are sent via email. We cannot be held liable for undelivered messages sent to the email address or mobile phone you provided, if, for example, our messages are blocked by your ISP's spam filter or if you provided incorrect contact information.
You are responsible for your username and password required to access your account. Your username is your email address. You must ensure that your username and password are secure and that the credentials needed to access your user account are not shared with third parties.
As a customer, you are responsible for your account and all actions taken within it. If you suspect or believe that your username, password, or other details have been disclosed to a third party, you must notify us immediately at help@bilet.bg.

4. Product Pricing

4.1. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices but reserve the right to correct errors.
4.2. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4.3. Ownership of purchased products is transferred to you only after payment is confirmed.

5. Consumer Rights and Right of Withdrawal

5.1. According to Article 57, Item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, ежент tickets are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right.
5.2. Exceptions apply only in cases of event cancellation or postponement.

6. Your Order

When you place an online order, you will automatically receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. For courier and cash-on-delivery orders, confirmation is made via a phone call from our operator. Your order represents an offer sent to us to purchase the tickets specified in this offer.
Your offer will be accepted only if we send you an email confirmation, if you have paid online, or if we have contacted you by phone. We are not responsible if incorrect contact details prevent confirmation, in which case your tickets will not be sent.
Items not included in the confirmation email are not part of the order or the contract between you and us.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders containing incomplete or unverifiable information or where fraud is suspected.
If we are unable to resolve such issues, the full amount will be refunded to the card or bank account used for the purchase. Refunds will not be made by any other method, nor will funds be transferred to a third party's card or account.
If tickets via mail or courier are an available option, Bilet BG OOD sends tickets via first-class mail or courier. Please note that Bilet BG OOD is not liable for undelivered tickets sent by any mail service and does not guarantee replacement of undelivered tickets.
The name on the ticket does NOT need to match the attendee’s name; it verifies the purchaser's name and is used for verification in cases of card payments. If you wish to change the name on the ticket, we can do so within 72 hours after submitting a request to help@bilet.bg, subject to an administrative fee of 2 BGN.

7. Payment Methods

7.1. Payments via Card through vPOS (BORICA, DSK): We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other cards via MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
7.2. Payments via Stripe and PayPal: These platforms apply their respective rules.
7.3. Courier Payments: Pay in cash or via POS terminal upon delivery. Tickets may take up to 7 days to arrive. If unclaimed within 5 business days, the order will be returned to Bilet BG OOD.
7.4. Bank Transfers: Tickets are sent after payment confirmation. This may take up to 3 business days after your transfer. Orders not paid within 5 business days will be canceled.
7.5. Payments at EasyPay/Cash Machines: After successful payment, tickets will be sent to the email provided in your order or made available for download from your account.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Refunds are processed only in cases of event cancellation or postponement or upon explicit written instructions (electronically) from the organizer.
8.2. Only the ticket price will be reimbursed. Administrative fees, payment processing fees, and delivery costs are non-refundable.
8.3. Refunds will be issued to the account or card used for payment. In some cases, this process may take up to 14 business days.
8.4. For tickets purchased at a physical location or via courier, you must return the tickets to the Bilet BG OOD office (in person or via courier).

9. Responsibility for Event Changes or Cancellation

9.1. Bilet BG OOD acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the execution of events.
9.2. Customers will be promptly informed of any changes.

10. Prohibited Use of the Platform

10.1. Automated tools for ticket purchases are prohibited.
10.2. Resale of tickets without authorization is prohibited.

11. Complaints Procedure

11.1. Complaints can be submitted to help@bilet.bg. We respond within 5 business days.
11.2. If unsatisfied, contact the organizer or the Consumer Protection Commission.

12. Platform Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring platform accessibility for all users.

13. Force Majeure

Bilet BG OOD is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or labor disputes.

14. Copyright

14.1. All website content is protected by copyright and cannot be used without authorization.
14.2. Bilet BG OOD is not liable for copyrighted materials in event advertisements. This responsibility lies with event organizers.

15. Third-Party Services

Certain services, such as courier delivery, may be provided by third parties.

16. Ticket Changes

Name changes on tickets are allowed within 72 hours after submitting a request.

17. Limitation of Liability

17.1. Bilet BG OOD is liable only for foreseeable losses resulting from a breach of these Terms.
17.2. Liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded.
17.3. Bilet BG OOD excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

18. Indemnity

Customers are responsible for violations of these terms.

19. Alternative Dispute Resolution

You may use the EU Dispute Resolution Platform.

20. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

21. Entire Agreement

The preceding paragraphs, clauses, and points should be read independently. Invalidity of any part does not affect the rest.

22. Waiver of Rights

Failure by Bilet BG OOD to enforce its rights does not constitute a waiver unless in writing.

23. General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bilet BG OOD. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.

BILET DOT BG is the data controller for the data related to the execution of your order (Name, Phone, Email, and, when courier delivery is selected, the Delivery Address).

BILET DOT BG is also the data processor for the data related to your participation in a specific event. In cases where additional data is required for participation in or attendance at an event, BILET DOT BG primarily acts as a data processor, and the event organizers act as data controllers.

Event organizers, as data controllers, determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, and this will be explicitly disclosed on our website, as well as on the website of the respective organizer. Specifically, BILET DOT BG users decide whether to share the required information with BILET DOT BG for the purpose of participating in an event so that BILET DOT BG can provide this information to the event organizer, ensuring smooth participation/attendance at the event. As a data processor, BILET DOT BG processes personal data on behalf of the user of BILET DOT BG who purchases an electronic ticket for a specific event.

Orders

If you purchase a ticket or any other service and choose the "Cash on Delivery (SPEEDY)" payment method, you must fill in the required information in the order form, including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address, which you provide to BILET DOT BG and SPEEDY AD. This information is necessary for processing the payment and delivery. By selecting any other payment method that excludes SPEEDY courier delivery, you will be redirected to the respective website (PayPay, card payment, EasyPay, etc.), and the responsibility for the security and confidentiality of the information you provide is borne by the respective parties.

If we encounter difficulties in fulfilling a specific order, the information provided in the form is used to contact you.

Surveys and Contests

We may provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys, questionnaires, and contests on our website. In such cases, we require specific information from you. Participation in such surveys and contests is entirely voluntary, so the choice of whether to provide this type of information is entirely yours. The required information is standard and is used to notify contest winners, monitor website traffic, and add users to our mailing list for information about upcoming events.

To fulfill your orders, we use the services of an independent courier service.
