Provincial stories about Chudomir

In the play "Provincial Stories", actress and director Ivanka Shekerova opens the doors of the past and introduces the audience to the vast ocean of characters that Chudomir has so skillfully described in his stories. Images of the past, which are so relevant today, will find their way into the memories and experiences of every person. On stage, the images of the local gossip, the poor man who is looking for a way to please his wife, but never succeeds, the "tragedy" of the mother-in-law who cannot accept his daughter-in-law and the comical encounter of an ordinary person with the bureaucracy, literally come to life. The scenes filled with laughter and comic situations lead us to think about the small and important things in our lives. Chudomir's humor, skillfully intertwined with the bright comedic talent of actress Ivanka Shekerova, leaves a bright mark even on the most demanding audience. And as the great Bulgarian writer Dimitar Hristov Chorbadzhiyski - Chudomir says, "The emptiest of our days is the one in which we have not laughed even once."
