"The Gap" is an author's performance that explores precisely this space — the brief but fateful moment between what happens to us and the way we react.

 

The performance is inspired by Viktor Frankl's theory and his logotherapy — a philosophy and psychotherapeutic approach that views a person as a being capable of choosing their attitude to any situation. According to Frankl, freedom does not mean the absence of difficulties, but the ability to take responsibility for their reactions. In that brief moment between impulse and action, the possibility of conscious choice is born — whether we will hurt or support, whether we will destroy or create, whether we will regret or take responsibility.

 

“The Gap” raises questions about human relationships — how fragile they are, how much our words weigh, and how deep the consequences of a hasty reaction can be. About the moments we can’t take back. About the decisions that change the direction of life. And about those situations in which we wish we had another chance to choose differently.

 

The show combines live musical performances, original songs, dance, and dramatic scenes built on personal stories and experiences. The music was created especially for the show by young talents of Dramedi and is performed live, transforming the stage into a space of sharing, choice, and change.

 

This is a show about the important things — about the words that stay, about the decisions that shape our lives, and about the responsibility to be aware in our relationships with others.
