Milena Slavova celebrates 40 years on stage with a special concert at the National Palace of Culture
Rock may grow old, but it will not retire.
On October 13, Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture will not look like itself – it will return to the era of Cubans, shaggy hair and eternal youthful fury. Milena Slavova – the first lady of Bulgarian punk rock invites everyone who has ever shouted “I have no nerves!” to celebrate with her 40 years of music, rebellion and uncompromising style.
This will not be just a concert. This will be a celebration on stage, where a whole series of special guests and old friends will join the fiery evening: Ivan Nestorov – Amoeba and Dimitar Kovachev – Funky (ERA), Denis Rizov and Zvezdi Keremedchiev (Ahat), Vaso Gyurov (Review), Emo Anchev (Konkurent), Isken Petsov, Jesus Angelov, Vasko Krypkata and more names that will make even the most reserved soul jump out of their chair!
Milena's band includes the exceptional musicians - virtuosos: Dobromir Valkov, Yavor Despotov, Stanislav Georgiev, Martin Malkodanski and Ventsislav Mitsov.
The concert will also feature a string ensemble of the Vratsa Philharmonic Orchestra with conductor Hristo Pavlov.
