The villainess Vance, teaming up with the former Mayor Humdinger, is plotting to steal the Mega Pups’ superpowers and destroy the entire Earth. The world is in danger - and only the Mega Rescue Pups can save the residents of Adventure Bay!

To succeed, the heroes must overcome their fears, protect their powers, and complete the most important mission of their lives. Their beloved city - and the whole world - depends on them.
