Who is Vedasara and what does he teach?

 

Raised in a monastery in India, Vedasara dedicates his life to spreading the wisdom of yoga. He is the founder of the Mindful Seva Institute, whose mission is to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. His work is proof that healing happens in the heart, not the head.

 

Through his institute, Vedasara helps students in the United States cope with stress, anxiety, and depression through yoga techniques, showing them how to transform the mind from master to servant. He believes that an attitude of gratitude is manifested through service to others. That is why he organizes daily food distributions to homeless people in Atlanta, New York, Mexico City, and India.
