OF ETERNAL FIRE
Cult of Fire, Firtan and Svartkonst are coming to Bulgaria with the MANTRAS OF ETERNAL FIRE tour next April!
Three bands. Three different approaches and visions of extreme music. One explosive, audio-visually immersive epic night!
The Mantras Of Eternal Fire tour, featuring three bands with Cult of Fire as headliner and Firtan and Svartkonst as special guests throughout the entire tour, will also make a stop in Bulgaria.
The Sofia date is 16 April 2027, and the venue is Mixtape 5.
Making this wonderful opportunity for the tour to come to Bulgaria possible, Death Metal Bulgarian Fans and Evil Bar are joining forces in collaboration with District 19!
The other countries on the upcoming Mantras of Eternal Fire tour are: Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Serbia, Slovakia and Poland.
This will be the first-ever concert in Bulgaria for all three bands.
CULT OF FIRE
Cult Of Fire's first European tour took place in 2025, and in April 2027 they are ready to return to some of the locations they have already visited, as well as discover other places across the Old Continent where they have never performed before!
It has also become clear that, after nearly half a year without any live performances, the band will present tracks from their latest album The One Who is Made of Smoke (2025), as well as songs from their previous releases Triumvirát (2012) and Ascetic Meditation of Death (2013).
The Czech black metal band Cult of Fire is known for its unique visual and musical concept, combining atmospheric extreme metal with profound Hindu, Buddhist and Tantric themes.
Unlike classic black metal artists who focus on Satanism or anti-Christian themes, they draw inspiration from Eastern mysticism, reverence for deities such as the goddess Kali, and Vedic rituals.
Their live performances are a true feast for the senses. Their stage design is among the most recognisable in the contemporary metal scene.
SPECIAL GUESTS
For this second European tour, Cult Of Fire have chosen the German black metal band Firtan and the Swedish black/death metal project Svartkonst as their special guests.
FIRTAN
The German band Firtan, active since 2010, has made remarkable progress in recent years, steadily growing its fan base through the use of instruments rarely associated with extreme genres and its distinctive sound.
Initially, their style incorporated elements of pagan metal, before the band gradually moved towards black metal. Their lyrics explore themes such as despair, nature and philosophy.
Their discography includes five full-length albums: Niedergang (2014), Okeanos (2018), Marter (2022), Ethos (2024), and their latest release, Helios, from 2026.
SVARTKONST
The third band in this diverse and hard-hitting tour package is Svartkonst, a project led by multi-instrumentalist Rickard Törnqvist.
Svartkonst started in 2012 in the underground scene of Härnösand, Västernorrland, Sweden.
Svartkonst have released three full-length albums: Devil’s Blood (2018), Black Waves (2020) and May the Night Fall (2023).
Three bands with three different approaches and visions of extreme music. One explosive, audio-visually immersive epic night!
