Iva Doychinova is one of the most iconic and beautiful voices and faces of Bulgarian radio and TV. During her long experience as a radio and TV presenter, she has hosted the shows “Mom’s Hour” and “The Day is Beautiful” on bTV, “The Day Begins” on BNT, as well as “I Want a Job” on Nova TV.

 

Her radio career began in the 1990s with the lunchtime block “Tramvai Zhelanie” on FM+. She was the author and host of the beloved morning show "Iva from Morning to Afternoon" on Radio FM+ until August 2017.

 

In June 2018, she joined the Bulgarian National Radio team as deputy editor-in-chief of the morning shows of "Hristo Botev", and from June 2020 to December 2022, she was the director of Radio Sofia. From 2023 to 2024, she was the program director of Radio Focus.

 

She is the winner of the "Knight of the Book" award from the Bulgarian Book Association as one of the journalists with the greatest contribution to covering the publishing business in Bulgaria.

 

Iva Doychinova is also the initiator of the "Wakemaker of the Year" campaign, a UNICEF ambassador and a supporter of various socially responsible causes.
