Enter your email again if you are purchasing for the first time. If you have an account with us, enter a password. Fill in the data required by the event organizer (Name, Address, etc.) IMPORTANT!!! Different organizers may require different information. Confirm your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you have an account there, simply enter your username and password in the fields above and complete the payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, select Pay as a guest or Create a profile and continue with the steps.

Enter your email.                    3.1 Enter your email again if you are buying for the first time.                    3.2 If you have an account with us, enter your password.              4. Fill in the details required by the event organizer (Name, Address, etc.) IMPORTANT!!! Different organizers may require different information.              5. Confirm your order.              6. You will be redirected to the ePay BG website.              7. To pay with a profile on ePay BG, enter your details.                   7.1 To pay with Visa or Mastercard, press the "Pay with card" button.                   7.2 To pay at an EasyPay kiosk, press the corresponding button and you will receive a 10-digit code.                   7.3 To pay at an ATM (Automated Teller Machine), press the corresponding button and take your code.              8. Upon successful payment, your ticket(s) will be sent to the email you used in Step 3. Please check your spam folder as well. You can track your orders in your profile and download your tickets from there!

Choose the payment method with courier and cash on delivery (Speedy).         6. Select your preferred delivery option from the dropdown menu.                6.1. Delivery to a Speedy office:                       6.1.1. Choose the "Office" from the dropdown menu to which you want your package delivered.                6.2 Delivery to an address:                       6.2.1. Select the City;                       6.2.2. Begin typing the street name (the system will suggest options after 4-5 letters). Select the street to which your package will be sent;                       6.2.3. Enter the Number, Floor, etc.         7. Confirm your order. Your package will be confirmed by our administrator and sent within 2 business days after processing.

A window will open, containing the order code as a reference, IBAN account, the account holder, and the details regarding your order.       8. After successful payment, the ticket will be sent to the email used in Step 3. Please check your SPAM folder! To expedite the process, you can send us a copy of the payment. IMPORTANT! You have 24 hours to complete your payment, or it will be automatically canceled!   After making the payment, there is a waiting period for your amount to be transferred to our account, after which you will receive your ticket(s) both via email and in your profile on Billet BG.   Payments made from Friday to Sunday or on holidays are processed on the first working day! If the event you have chosen is the next day, please be aware that the amount may NOT arrive in time in the Billet BG account, and therefore, you may not receive your pass!

The verification of the age of minors (14 to 18 years old) is carried out by presenting an identity card. The verification of the age of minors (0 to 14 years) is carried out by means of a copy of the birth certificate (a duplicate is not necessary, but a copy of the original). The certification of a companion (a person over 18 years of age, who is responsible for a minor and/or minor) is carried out by means of an identity card and entered data of the companion and the accompanied person in a power of attorney certified by a notary. Parents of children between 14 and 18 years. they can certify the relationship with their children by means of a companion declaration, in which the data of the parent and his child are entered. We remind you that declaring unfaithful circumstances is a crime according to the norms of the Penal Code. Step 2: Fill in your details by entering your name, email address and phone number.   Step 3: On the payment method selection page, you will see a field for entering a Promo Code. Enter the code exactly as it is submitted in the &ldquo;DISCOUNT CODE&rdquo; field and press the &ldquo;ADD PROMO CODE&rdquo; button. After adding the code, the discount will be applied to the amount of your order.   What should I do if my Promo Code does not work? Make sure that you entered the Promo Code correctly, without additional spaces or character errors.
