Emotions are our vital sources of strength and direction in life.

And here comes the more special role of anger in helping us recognize and honor our personal boundaries and empowering us to protect what we value.

Accessing the anger within us opens up space for more power and more intimacy. There is something deeply personal about expressing anger in a healthy way—not about blaming or putting down, but about honest, heartfelt communication that preserves our wholeness.

When we accept our anger, we gain a greater sense of ourselves and our own boundaries.

In this workshop, we will explore the dual nature of anger—the light and the shadow. The light of anger is constructive and encourages connection, while the shadow can be destructive and isolating.

We will also delve into the relationship between anger and forgiveness.

We will also look at how anger serves as a vital energy that keeps us alive and engaged with the truth.

By channeling this energy through movement, we can feel more confident in our own power and express our true feelings with clarity and authenticity.
