Fashion Forum - Varna Second Edition -> Haute couture

A fashion event that presents Bulgarian and international haute couture, ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty and lifestyle brands in a sophisticated setting and style.

 

Varna Fashion Forum, second edition will be held from October 17 to 20, 2025 in one of our most beautiful complexes, distinguished by modern architecture, design and location in our Black Sea resort "St.St. Constantine and Elena" - "Ensana Aquahouse" in our sea capital Varna.

 

The forum will be held over 4 consecutive days, during which over 40 Bulgarian and foreign designers will participate, presenting their collections in 3 categories: Haute couture, ready-to-wear and accessories.

 

On the first and second day, haute couture designers will have the pleasure of presenting Haute couture collections, with each participant in this category presenting up to 20 models in a fashion show of their brand.

 

On these two days, participants will have the opportunity to choose the musical background, which this year will be live instrumental music performed by our famous instrumental artists: saxophone Christiana Dimitrova, cello - Megi Petrovich and piano - Bill Vassilev - a Grammy-nominated Bulgarian pianist, who will be present on stage during the fashion show.

 

The choice of music will be entirely up to each designer, previously specified with the performers in direct contact with them.

 

A team of 40 professional models from the "Visazh" agency will present each collection, and the multimedia and stage decor will contribute to the fashion show passing in style and class.

 

Each participant will receive a film produced by the Forum's videographer - Anton Dinev and his team of 5 professional videographers.

 

and the static footage will be shot by 4 photographers.

 

For the first time this year, we will also provide drone filming in the fashion show hall

 

Each participant will have one night's accommodation in the complex, the price of which is included in the participation fee.

 

Fashion Forum Varna, during the days of the event, will provide the audience and attendees with a unique opportunity to touch the collections of each designer, exhibited in the Fashion Forum Gallery, which will be separated in a space of the hall and will show 20 creations of Haute Couture designers.

 

Backstage assistants will take care of the comfortable transportation of the collections, and the equipment with steam generators and stands will create peace of mind for each designer for the collections.

 

A specially designated corner for the participants will provide classy drinks and catering and collegial fruitful meetings hours before the fashion show.

 

The designated podium is 45 meters in size, and the presence of guests and the audience exceeds 500 seats in the hall.

 

Media partners of the event are "Eva" magazine and online publication, Leader Bg, BTV Media, Nova Television, which will cover the event in their media through their representatives, who are part of the honorary guests of the Forum.

 

For the first year, the Fashion Forum - Varna will publish a luxurious catalog, in which all participants will have 4-page photo publications, a presentation of the brand and a link for readers to the brand's social networks.

 

These catalogs will be given as gifts to both the designers and the honored guests. And their distribution will be as an advertisement in the Bulgaria Air airline lines and the high-class hotel chains in Bulgaria.

 

All accompanying brands that do not pay a participation fee can apply for a presence in the catalog, according to the selected position in the pages and the price category they wish.

Many popular figures from the field of journalism, media, art circles, influencers, bloggers and vloggers accredited for the Forum, the business elite and many socialites will be present.

 

Balkan Film Forum will be part of the event with the presence of popular artists and producers from Bulgaria and Turkey.

First day: Haute Couture Fashion Show

 

Second day: Haute Couture Fashion Show

 

Third day: Ready-to-wear Fashion Show

 

Fourth day: Accessories Fashion Show

 

On each of the four days after the fashion shows, the designers, VIP guests and the media will enjoy a Gala dinner and cocktail in the beautiful restaurant of the complex and will have the opportunity to meet and make direct contacts.

 

During the 4 days of the Forum, the brands that participate with provided products will have a separate advertising space in the hall of the complex, in which they will position their advertising stand with their products and advertising.

 

All participants will be our honored guests and will receive invitations to attend the 4 days of the Forum.
