I paint like... Claude Monet - creative studio for children

The play of light and refraction of lines, water lilies, beautiful gardens, the emblematic Japanese bridge – these are just some of the iconic elements that the French impressionist Claude Monet is known for.

Our presenter will use her experience from suggestopedia to present and enrich the general culture of children and, through interactive activities, to open before them a door of iridescent colors, the play of light and shadows, the creation of an impression of forms – impressionism.

The creative workshop “I paint like… Claude Monet” for children is conditionally divided into two parts with a total duration of two hours.

Theatrical performance / interactive games and activities – the presenter of the workshop introduces children to key moments in the life of Claude Monet, the time in which he worked and basic concepts in impressionism. Children participate in various games, work with different materials and, above all, have fun.

Free drawing – with the help of the presenter we will try to translate the light and colors of Impressionism and Claude Monet onto the white sheet.
