Autumn Wave Fest

On October 10 and 11, Sofia will be flooded with the sound of Autumn Wave Fest — the festival bringing Night in Athens and Lust For Youth to Bulgaria for the very first time.

This autumn, Club Pave will host two of the most distinctive names in the modern wave scene, along with some of the most prominent representatives of the local underground. A must-attend event for every fan of dark wave, cold wave, and synth pop!

DAY 1
If you are looking for raw punk-synth energy and a gloomy dark-wave atmosphere, Night in Athens will shake up the crowd and won’t let you stand still!

Based in London, Night in Athens, also known as Tina Boleti, is carving out her place in modern dark wave with a sound that is both intimate and cinematic.

Driven by ghostly vocals and hypnotic electronics, her performances are marked by a theatrical intensity that has earned her a spot at festivals such as Wave-Gotik-Treffen, Grauzone Festival, and Substance Festival.

Also taking the stage will be The Silence Inside, a project created by Nikolay Berberov — Bebo and Angelina Saparevska — Andjeli on vocals and keyboards. The project is influenced by artists such as Orbital, Leftfield, The Chemical Brothers, FSOL, and Fluke.
They will be joined by BAC — a Sofia-based post-punk/wave duo combining dark sounds with the tight rhythm of a drum machine.

DAY 2
The Danish-Swedish duo Lust For Youth will immerse you in a danceable and nostalgic sound that moves between synth-pop, coldwave, and electronic melancholy. Their signature combination of minimalism and emotional depth has taken them to the stage of the Sydney Opera House, as well as to Mexico City as part of the Sounds of Sweden showcase.

They will be joined by low-key - a Plovdiv-based band combining post-punk, shoegaze, psychedelic, and stoner rock in their music.
The program will be rounded out by Evitceles - the Bulgarian producer with an impressive discography spanning numerous electronic genres and performances at clubs and festivals across Europe.
