Aperitivo at Home Conceptual Space

Before the summer vacation of DOM begins, we want to share with you another memorable evening.

 

This time we invite you to a traditional Italian Aperitivo together with our friends from Ruga Collective.

 

Ruga was created by Volen and Michele – two people, born and raised in Italy, united by the love of food as a carrier of culture, history and human connections. After years of living and working in different countries, they discovered that food is the best way to get to know people and their traditions.

 

Michele dedicates his work to preserving and sharing authentic regional Italian cuisine through culinary experiences and recipes passed down through generations. Together they created Ruga with the mission of revealing the lesser-known treasures of Italian gastronomy.

 

Each dish is a story related to a specific region, its geography, traditions and sense of belonging. Through food, they share a small but real part of Italian culture.

 

🍷 The aperitivo includes one drink and two dishes.
