2Touch

"2Touch" is a moving practice that considers TOUCHING as a means of communication and connection with oneself and others.

"2Touch" takes Touch out of the statics of everyday life to develop it in the context of dance and place it at the center of new searches, connect with the awareness of the body as a carrier of information.

 

"2Touch" constructions realize the connection between the body and emotion, exploring and developing strength, flexibility and a state of rest in both directions.

"2Touch" brings together relaxation techniques, breathing, contact improvisation, grounding techniques, concentration methods, acting practices and massage.

"2Touch" is a program built on the basis of my work as a dancer, playback actress, contemporary dance teacher and pedagogue, as well as my long-term experience as a person "running away from" or "seeking" touch and meeting oneself."
