About the Speaker

Milena Milanova

Milena Milanova is an entrepreneur and innovation strategist with over 15 years of international experience in business management, organizational transformation, strategic execution, digital innovation, and growth marketing. She specializes in helping organizations translate strategy into measurable business value through innovative business models, digital transformation, and project management.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Milena is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMO Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP™), and Wicked Problem Solving™ Practitioner by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). She is also certified in Ontological Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Design Thinking for Innovation (University of Virginia), Consumer Behavior (Tecnológico de Monterrey), and is a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator accredited by the Association of Master Trainers.

Throughout her career, she has led strategic initiatives and multidisciplinary projects for international organizations, collaborating with distributed teams across Europe, Asia, United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Milena is the Founder and CEO of MILLENIO, an innovation and strategic consulting firm, and Co-Producer of POWERLAB Summit in Dominican Republic. She was recognized in Mercado Magazine's Visión Emprendedora 2019 edition, highlighting the Dominican Republic's most promising entrepreneurs. An active PMI® member since 2013, she has served on the Board of Directors of the PMI Dominican Republic Chapter since 2022, including as Chapter President in 2025, and has been a Board Member of Reef Check Dominican Republic since 2017.
