During the two days of the meditation masterclass, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will teach several valuable techniques from one of the most ancient Vedic texts, Vigyan Bairav. According to Indian mythology, Vigyan Bairav ​​is a recording of a conversation between Shiva and his wife Parvati, who seeks advice from her husband Shiva for enlightenment. He reveals to her 112 different ways or techniques by which she can successfully reach the much sought after and anticipated enlightenment.
