Do you love truffles? Have you always dreamed of finding your own fresh truffles? Do you want to learn more about this elusive mushroom? Join me, Angel of Angelove Estate, and Constantine, The Truffle Dealer for a unique experience in Kyustendil Bulgaria, only 90km south of Sofia.

During the 2020/2021 French Black, Périgord Black (tuber melanosporum) truffle season, spend Saturday with us hunting in our orchard with the help of our dogs Claire and Lara. You will get to see first hand how ripe truffles are expertly sought and excavated from the soil.

Following the hunt, we will have the opportunity to taste our efforts at the fantastic, Hotel Ramira, where Chef Jivko Vlashki will be preparing a tasting dish topped with our recently unearthed black diamonds and a glass of sparkling wine. After the tasting, you will be able to explore more à la carte truffle dishes created by Chef Jivko exclusively for our event (not included in ticket price)

You will also be able to purchase additional truffles and truffle products from The Truffle Dealer to take home and enjoy with family and friends.

The price per person is 75lv. This included the guided truffle hunt in our orchard and the truffle tasting dish at Hotel Ramira.

The menus will include an egg dish, of the chef choosing, topped with shaved truffles, bread from the Baker Brothers, and paired with a glass of Georgiev & Minkov’s Funky Mavrud Pet Nat.

10:30 - 11:00: Welcome

11:00 - 12:00: The hunt begins

12:00- 12:30: Travel to Hotel Ramira in the center of Kyustendil

12:30 - 13:00: Q & A about truffles, while tasting dish is being served.

13:00 - 14:00: Enjoying the fruits of our labor.

During the course of the entire event, we will strictly observe all of the COVID-19 safety protocols. Including, mask-wearing, social distancing, hand sanitization, and use of gloves. The maximum number of participants will be 15 people. In the restaurant, people will be seated at the 1.5m distance in groups of 4 - 6 people, per table.

If you want to extend your trip to Kyustendil, Hotel Ramira will be providing a discount for accommodations, 30lv per person for a double room or apartment (up to 4 people), or 45lv per person in a single room. Please contact Hotel Ramira to reserve your stay. Please mention the truffle hunting experience when booking.

По време на сезона на трюфелите от френски черен, Perigord (tuber melanosporum) 2020/2021, прекарайте събота с нас на лов в нашата овощна градина с помощта на кучета ни Клер и Лара.

Ще видите от първа ръка как зрелите трюфели се търсят експертно и се изкопават от почвата.

Също така ще можете да закупите допълнителни трюфели и продукти от тях от дилъра на трюфели, за да ги вземете у дома и да им се насладите със семейството и приятелите си.

Цената на човек е 75лв. 

Менютата ще включват ястие с яйце, избрано от главния готвач, покрито с обръснати трюфели, хляб от братята Бейкър и съчетано с чаша Георгиев и Минков’s Funky Mavrud Pet Nat.

По време на цялото събитие ние стриктно ще спазваме всички протоколи за безопасност на COVID-19. Включително, носене на маски, социална дистанция, хигиенизиране на ръцете и използване на ръкавици. Максималният брой на участниците ще бъде 15 души. В ресторанта хората ще бъдат разположени на разстояние 1,5 м в групи от 4 - 6 души на маса.
